Role accountabilities:
As a Project Engineer, you will support Project Managers in coordinating and managing complex high-tech and data center construction projects. You will play a key role in project preparation, execution, and completion, ensuring seamless collaboration between stakeholders and contributing to the successful delivery of cutting-edge facilities.

Role accountabilities:
As a Project Engineer, you will support Project Managers in coordinating and managing complex high-tech and data center construction projects. You will play a key role in project preparation, execution, and completion, ensuring seamless collaboration between stakeholders and contributing to the successful delivery of cutting-edge facilities.
- Assist project management in steering and coordinating large-scale, complex high-tech and data center construction projects from the preparation phase to completion.
- Provide support in project planning, tracking, and controlling activities to ensure smooth execution and alignment with goals.
- Prepare project reports, track progress, and ensure accurate documentation to support the project team.
- Bachelor's, Master's degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Real Estate Management, Architecture, Construction Engineering, Industrial Engineeringor a related field.
- Demonstrated experience (2+ years) in project management, ideally with a focus on Data Centers (desirable) or other large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with construction laws, HOAI, VOB), and AHO is an advantage.
- Strong analytical capabilities, quick comprehension, and a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Growth mindset with creativity and a practical, results-driven attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in software tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Project) and other relevant programs.
- Fluency in English and German, both written and verbal, is essential.
- Willingness to regularly travel within Germany and abroad as required for project demands.
