The Team – your impact

This is your opportunity to become a member of our Digital Empowerment team within E.ON’s Digital Technology organization. Our role is to empower all employees of the E.ON Group to acquire critical digital skills.

Digital Empowerment provides comprehensive learning experiences in key digital technologies to empower employees to embrace digital change through a structured digital upskilling approach that provides the mindset, skillset and toolset to transform E.ON into an all-digital company.

As Working Student in the Communications & Engagement team at Digital Empowerment, you'll have the opportunity to work on various communications-related activitie to raise awareness and engage employees on upskilling on digital topics such as Data&AI, Automation and Personal productivity. Furthermore, you will develop and manage intranet pages in English and German, create visuals to enhance branding, and analyze engagement metrics to help our team deliver on the content strategy.

Your Role – meaningful & rewarding

• Contribute to the planning and execution of Go-to-Market strategies to raise awareness and engage employees on digital topics through effective communication and marketing campaigns
• Draft, edit and proofread communication texts (Intranet blog articles, newsletter digests, digital signage, print materials, etc.) in English and German around digital upskilling topics
• Develop and manage the units’ intranet pages, ensuring consistency, usability, and alignment with the Digital Empowerment brand
• Create visuals for articles and intranet pages to enhance content and branding
• Collect and analyze data insights on communication performance and create reports to evaluate and optimize activities
• Structure and document workflows (content planning, communication activities mapping, guidelines, etc.) using tools like Miro and Excel to support collaboration and project planning
  
  
  

Your Profile – authentic & open-minded

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Media Design, Communications or a related field
• Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken
• Great storytelling skills
• Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Teams and Office 365. Knowledge of Miro, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop is desirable
• Interest in and passion for learning, people, technology and the energy transition
• Prior experience in marketing and content creation in a corporate is a plus
• Motivated self-starter with an eye for detail and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
