The Team – your impact

Our DMS team in the "Global Technology Platforms" unit implements, owns, and operates the E.ON central Document Management System (DMS) platform hosted in Azure. In your role as Product Owner for the DMS platform, you will be responsible for driving the product roadmaps around the utilization of the platform and ensuring that all major systems of the group are efficiently integrated.

Your role – meaningful & rewarding

• Responsible for the product vision, strategy, and roadmap of the central DMS product in the E.ON Group
• Drives topics around document management technology innovation and infrastructure improvement in Azure and Kubernetes, along with new technology trends based on market best practices feeding into strategic decisions
• Acts as the voice of the customer and is responsible for continuous product discovery, gathering feedback, performing stakeholder communication & expectation management to ensure a smooth adoption
• Shares and manages the product backlog (on the Epic Level) with the product team
• Overall responsible for development of product KPIs, continuous measurement mechanisms to assess and increase achieved product value and adoption levels
• Ensures automation is a key focus, while maintaining security, patching, and other critical infrastructure capabilities
• Acts as an interface and bridge between Platform and Solutions to ensure that platform build, enablement, and roll-out activities are in line with each other
  
  
  

Your profile – authentic & open-minded

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field or similar qualifications
• Basic experience with Azure and Kubernetes, particularly in infrastructure improvement
• Knowledge of document management and application integration
• Extensive experience in strategic organizational planning, preferably in a technology services company
• Experienced in product development in an agile environment
• Customer-centricity and solution-focused mindset
• Proficient in written and spoken English & German
• Strong service orientation, confident and engaging communication with internal and external partners
