• Establish connections with various stakeholders within E.ON Group to discuss improvement opportunities and pitch ideas/projects to help them tackle their most pressing challenges
• Lead cross-functional projects that embed the E.ON Business System fundamentals into core business operations across multiple business units
• Drive performance improvement initiatives focused on process excellence, efficiency, and customer value
• Translate strategic goals into tangible improvement initiatives, partnering with leaders and frontline teams to co-create lasting impact
• Guide change and capability development by coaching teams, moderating workshops, and facilitating communities of practice
• Contribute to the evolution and governance of the E.ON Business System, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and local business needs
• Act as a thought partner and change agent for senior stakeholders, supporting them in driving a continuous improvement culture
• Mentor and develop colleagues within Excellence.ON and the broader transformation network
  
  

A Convincing Background

• A strong academic background (Master's degree or equivalent), ideally in engineering, business, or a related field
• 10+ years of relevant experience in operational excellence, Lean transformation, or business system implementation - ideally gained in industry or top-tier consulting
• Deep understanding of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kata, Agile, Systemic Change)
• Proven ability to conceptualize, pitch and lead complex change programs with multiple stakeholders and measurable business outcomes
• Strategic thinking paired with hands-on implementation skills and a passion for simplifying and standardizing
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - fluent in both German and English
• Entrepreneurial mindset, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit
