The Team – your impact

We're looking for an enthusiastic Working Student (f/m/d) to join our international and diverse team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to create AI-animated Learning-Journeys. You will also be integrated into our volunteer workgroup, contributing to various initiatives. Additionally, you will be involved in event planning for our team, ensuring that all demands are met. We're seeking a candidate who is passionate about AI and learning technologies, and eager to help us improve our dashboard development and gain hands-on experience in digitalization within the finance sector.

Your Role – meaningful & rewarding

• Create AI-Animated Learning Journeys: Develop and design engaging AI-animated learning journeys to enhance the learning experience within the DT Finance function.
• Organize Learning Journeys: Plan and coordinate learning journeys, ensuring smooth execution and effective participation.
• Dashboard Development: Assist in the development and maintenance of dashboards to track and visualize key metrics and performance indicators.
• Collaboration with Team Experts: Work closely with our team experts to gather information on project launches, events, and technical updates.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct research on global market and industry trends in digitalization, AI, and sustainability, and analyze data insights to optimize our activities.
• Internal Events and Meetings: Coordinate and set up internal events and meetings for our team.
  
  
  

Your Profile – authentic & open-minded

• Ongoing Bachelor’s or Master’s studies in Automation, IT, Business, or a related field
• Motivated, curious mindset with a proactive approach and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills in German (C1+) and English, ideally with first-hand experience in AI tools or digital learning platforms
• Talent for transforming complex topics into engaging learning experiences, such as AI-powered learning journeys or impactful presentations
• Solid analytical and research skills with a knack for data visualization and dashboard creation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerBI and/or PowerApps, along with familiarity with modern AI technologies
• Experience in event planning, designing learning content, or dashboard creation is a big plus.
