The Team - your impact
Our expert team in the Operations Control Center ensures smooth and efficient management of our operational processes. Working in a 24/7 mode, you will use your analytical skills and technical knowledge to monitor and evaluate daily operations. You will set up processes for effective alert handling, review monitoring platforms, analyze data with AI to identify patterns, and recommend improvements. Your key task will be to ensure that the alerts we receive are of high value for the business and the Operations Control Center team. Additionally, you will provide training and guidance on new processes and technologies to the 24/7 team and product teams.

The Team - your impact
Our expert team in the Operations Control Center ensures smooth and efficient management of our operational processes. Working in a 24/7 mode, you will use your analytical skills and technical knowledge to monitor and evaluate daily operations. You will set up processes for effective alert handling, review monitoring platforms, analyze data with AI to identify patterns, and recommend improvements. Your key task will be to ensure that the alerts we receive are of high value for the business and the Operations Control Center team. Additionally, you will provide training and guidance on new processes and technologies to the 24/7 team and product teams.
Your Role - meaningful & rewarding
- Lead Operational Processes: Provide leadership and oversight for all operational processes within a 24/7 team of 14 members.
- Crisis Management: Manage, coordinate, and moderate high-pressure incidents together with the team across diverse technology stacks and management levels.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Implement process and technology enhancements to boost team efficiency and operational effectiveness.
- Ensure Process Quality: Maintain and improve high-quality standards for all operational procedures within the Operations Control Center.
- Empower the Team: Equip the team with the necessary tools, resources, and training to perform their roles effectively.
- Coordinate Daily Operations: Oversee smooth day-to-day operations, ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the team.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage expectations and ensure efficient exchange with our stakeholders.
- Experience as Major/Critical Incident Manager or Operations Manager with a relevant university degree
- Knowledge in cloud operations and/or application operations with a solid understanding of DevOps principles and agile methodologies
- Deep interest in technology and how it can be used to improve operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, emphasizing continuous improvement
- Profound organizational, coordination, and people management abilities with intercultural competence
- Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Resilient and confident in critical situations with excellent coordination skills; fluent in English and German
