Your Tasks

• Leading a project team for building construction projects in future markets such as battery factories / data centers or other high tech projects in Germany or other European countries
• Participation in the acquisition, bidding and negotiation process
• Fully responsible for the project delivery (technical, economic, qualitative, scheduling, organizational and contractual)
• Responsibility for revenue, cost and project result
• Comprehensive project management including coordination and control of all services of internal and external project participants

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies in civil engineering/architecture, with high degree of knowledge of MEP trades
• Several years of operational experience in the construction of high tech projects ("Mission Critical Facilities")
• High level of leadership, motivation and commitment
• Teamplayer with strong communication skills
• Fluent in German and English language (written and spoken)
• Flexibility and willingness to travel for project assignments in Germany and other European countries
