As a Contract & Commercial Executive at STAR, you will operate at the intersection of law and business, supporting both the German and Swedish markets. You will be responsible for drafting and reviewing employment contracts, interpreting collective labour agreements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic support to our commercial teams during tenders and negotiations. Your work will ensure that STAR’s operations across both countries meet legal standards while remaining commercially competitive.

What will you do?

• Advise and draft legal documents, including employment contracts and framework agreements, in line with German and Swedish labor laws and client needs
• Translate collective labor agreements and legal developments into compliant internal processes and contractual terms
• Support commercial negotiations and tenders, acting as legal liaison for internal teams and external stakeholders
• Ensure regulatory compliance across labor law, internal policies, and client-specific contractual obligations in both countries
