Deine Aufgaben
Work closely with business partners, distributors in B2B and Retail Trade marketing on channel enablement and promotional content, balancing traditional marketing tactics with a data driven approach
Develop and execute quarterly marketing tactics with our retailers and resellers in close alignment with Lenovo sales and product management
Control retailers and resellers advertisements within Lenovos brand visibility framework
Ensure precise execution, proof of execution and exact reporting according to alliance financial requirements (e.g. Intel, Microsoft)
Measure and report performance of marketing tactics, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) – recommending actions to strengthen the objective and effectiveness
Manage events like kick-offs, customer exhibitions and fairs that make a difference and innovate – thus are memorable to our customers
Reflect the strategic / corporate direction in conception and execution of events to establish a memorable event with strong business impact and lead value
Organize the whole process from budgeting, planning, concept, running the event and post-event evaluation
Execute PR, advertising and Social Media programs in support of business objectives
Build strong understanding of Lenovos business and culture
Prepare and execute press launch activities, press tours and media round tables
Manage and monitor the budget, adhering to financial guidelines, managing the corporate financial system and ensuring value for money – including yearly/quarterly budget spend tracking with attention to detail and accuracy
Deliver quarterly/annual marketing plans to meet KPIs, aligned to strategic objectives and within budget
Dein Profil
Wealth of experience in B2B and Event Marketing in a fast-moving, international IT industry
Agency background and PR experience is desirable
Passionate about the latest technology trends, e.g. Hybrid AI, data-driven marketing
Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel while keeping a cool head
Proactive with a self-starter mentality
Results-driven with committed and passionate execution
Efficient and reliable project budget management skills
Excellent organization and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with accuracy and keen attention to detail
German as a first language; fluent in English with strong presentation skills
