Workday Integration Engineer (m/f/d) - #2184967

We are looking for a Workday Integration Engineer to join our team of integration specialists. In this role, you will lead the technical design and implementation of Workday integrations to connect our Workday system with other internal and external systems.

As a Workday Integration Engineer, you will work closely with our HR, IT, and Finance teams to understand integration requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality integrations that meet business needs. You will also collaborate with our development team to ensure that integration projects are delivered on time.

Your Role

• To lead the technical design and implementation of Workday integrations using tools like Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance teams to understand integration requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
• Designed and developed integrations with third-party systems, including Microsoft 365, using Power Automate, PowerApps, PowerBI, and other related tools.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior integration engineers on integration development best practices.
• Participate in developing technical specifications, data mapping, and data transformation.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality standards are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Workday integrations.
• Keep up to date with new Workday integration features and functionalities.
• Setting up a development governance framework. Support the creation of a change management workflow and help build a code repository.
  
  

Your Profile

• 3+ years of experience in Workday integration development, preferably in a consultant role.
• Strong technical skills in integration development, including experience with Workday integration tools such as Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors
• Good working experience with Workday Report Builder.
• Experience developing integrations with third-party systems, including Microsoft 365, using Power Automate, PowerApps, PowerBI, and other related tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Good command of the English language – verbally and in writing. German language skills are a plus.
