The Client Manager (Key Account Manager) will work collaboratively with the Inside Account Manager to manage all public presales activities for a given set of public accounts. This position proactively works with internal stakeholders to provide support of sales opportunities and ensures the appropriate portfolio of Lenovo products, services and software is architected to solve our clients most complex business problems.

Key Roles Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for a defined public customer set, making proposals, pricing and finally customer care
- Development of existing customer relationships as well as winning new customers in particular through tender business
- Strong business acumen and ability to link customer needs and business issues tosolutions.
- Set and manage expectations around solutions, internally andexternally
- Collaborate with customers, sales team and extended Lenovoteams
- Define problems, diagnose causes, identify solutions and create actionplans
- Collaborate with technical staff and product specialists where required to address customerrequirements
- Work at all levels within an organization to deliver a quarterly target
- Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism andintegrity
- A high-level capacity for teamwork to manage the close collaboration with internal Lenovo functions as well as with Business Partners
- Strong communication and presentation skills to convince the customers of proposals
- Manage day to day challenges like providing tailor-made configurations for individual customer situations, dealing with the pricing function, monitoring of orders and supply, maintenance of customized portfolios as well as Customer Relationship Management and Forecasting

Position Requirements
- 5+yearsof experience aiding in sales
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the scope of Lenovos products and services, industry trends, and the competitive landscape
- Broad existing business network (partner / end customer) which will be relevant for efficient ramp up
- Previous experience in a technology field or IT Industry is highly preferred; proven successful sales experience and contractsknowledge
- Understanding of sales processes, techniques and tools and use themappropriately
- Previous experience with Dynamics365, combined with strong Microsoft applicationskills
- Can differentiate offerings and articulate the Lenovo value proposition against the competition, to ensure the best potential to win in sales opportunities
- Excellent verbal and written communication in German and English language
- Entrepreneurial personality, customer focused, and able to deliver exceptional solutions well beyond customerexpectations
- Priorities customer focus, able to work under pressure of seniorclients
- Able to align people and influence decision making, effectively working in amatrix
- Collaborative working style and high commitment to get the jobdone
