Here's what you can look forward to

• You take over the technical leadership of the squad (cross-​functional team) "We enable Modern Workplace” with a focus on Microsoft 365, endpoint management, security and other tools for digital collaboration
• In our agile setup, you will take an active role in achieving the goals of the sprints and releases together with agile coaches As a technical sparring partner, you enable the squad to develop optimal solutions independently and provide the necessary knowledge
• You are responsible for translating the strategy and overarching goals of the Tribe into the mission, the long-​term and short-​term goals of the Squad and developing a product vision, evaluating requirements and creating a roadmap with key topics
• By working closely with stakeholders (IT / information security, works council, data protection), end users and squad members, you identify and prioritize new features that meet customer needs and are translated into requirements/technical tasks for the squad
• You actively shape the digital evolution of the agile workplace by developing backlog elements such as epics and user stories based on the vision and overall goals and managing and steering their implementation at squad level
• You develop convincing business cases for investments in digital functions, present their added value and ROI and take the lead in implementing them

What we require of you

• You have successfully completed a degree or training in the field of computer science or a related field or have a comparable qualification and have at least 5 years of professional experience in this field
• You have demonstrated very good knowledge and experience in the design, operation or administration of digital collaboration platforms, preferably Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
• Advanced know-​how in at least one of the areas of client/server infrastructure, Microsoft 365 endpoint management, IT security client optimization, Microsoft Entra ID or virtual desktop environments
• You have initial experience in the (technical) management of teams and understand how to structure workflows in a goal-​oriented manner
• Customer centricity and entrepreneurial action are close to your heart and you enjoy working (in parallel) on a wide variety of topics in cross-​functional teams
• You are a strong communicator in German and English and always find the right way to communicate your positions to different internal and external stakeholders
• We would be delighted if you could add an English version to your CV written in German!
