Head of Architecture & Governance - Executive Level D (f/m/d) - #2212621

Responsibilities:

• Capturing strategic demand, planning application & technology landscape, managing the architecture roadmap for Energy Markets function
• Facilitating EM Change Governance (e.g., Lead Architects Group, EM Portfolio Increment process)
• Owning Energy Markets Digital Technology strategy and roadmap aligned to Energy Markets business strategy as well as the central DT strategy
• Controlling EM Digital Technology spending, acting as the interface to the EM business and E.ON Digital Technology controlling functions, and supporting the MTP process of the Energy Markets (Digital Technology) function
• Acting as single point of contact for group wide architecture, information security and technology initiatives (e.g. CERT, EAM)
• Enabling the information security and data protection processes in E.ON Energy Markets

Profile:

• Academic degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 8+ years of professional IT/Digital or Business experience at least 3+ of those including management/leadership
• Excellent knowledge and experience in enterprise and solution architecture design and project delivery
• Comprehensive experience in financial and project controlling, developing strategies, plans, and creating change programs
• Knowledge in EAM, Agile project delivery, Energy Trading business and IT landscape
• Profound experience in developing and managing the IT architecture and its roadmap across different locations
• Professional experience working in international and complex environments
• Track record of managing change situations with all technical, commercial, contractual and organizational implications
• Profound knowledge and experience in intercultural communication and international management
