Verantwortlichkeiten

Die betriebliche Ausbildung:

• Unterstützung aller kaufmännischer Unternehmensprozesse
• Planung, Durchführung und Kontrolle der verschiedensten betriebswirtschaftlichen Aufgabenstellungen
• Einsatz u.a. in den Bereichen Marketing, Customer Service, Human Resources, Materialwirtschaft, Rechnungswesen und Controlling
• Einarbeitung in die verschiedenen Funktionsbereiche eines internationalen Industrieunternehmens
• Anwenden von EDV-Programmen sowie Präsentations- und Kommunikationstechniken
• Funktionsübergreifende Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Lieferanten und Unternehmen

Die theoretische Ausbildung:

• Am Robert-Schumann-Berufskolleg in Essen wird Ihnen ein fundiertes Grundwissen in fachspezifischen und allgemeinbildenden Fächern vermittelt.

Anforderungen

• Fachoberschulreife/Mittlere Reife oder höherer Schulabschluss
• Spaß an Kommunikation und Teamwork
• gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
• gute Ausdrucksweise in Wort und Schrift
• Interesse an kaufmännischen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen
• Organisationstalent und Lust auf Flexibilität
• Freude im Umgang mit digitalen Systemen und Anwendungen
• Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
