Inhouse Service Technician – International Support (m/f/d)

Location: Lindau, alternatively at one of our service locations in Germany

Join our in-house service team and become the central hub connecting colleagues and partners across the world. In this role, you’ll use your organizational talent and communication skills to solve technical challenges and keep our global service running smoothly. Whether you're coordinating with a service partner in France or supporting a sales colleague in Germany, every day brings new opportunities to learn and make an impact.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support service activities in international markets such as France, Spain, Korea, and the UK.
  • Guide and support service technicians and local service partners to ensure fast and effective solutions.
  • Analyze technical issues, develop solutions, and prepare service proposals for our customers.
  • Organize and follow up on field service operations, ensuring smooth preparation and debriefing.
  • Work closely with Sales, Order Processing, Technical, and Quality teams to drive continuous product and service improvement.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support service activities in international markets such as France, Spain, Korea, and the UK.

Your Profile:

  • Completed technical training in refrigeration technology, such as Mechatronics Technician, Master Technician, Engineer, or a related degree in thermodynamics or a similar field.
  • Strong technical understanding of machinery and service processes, ideally with hands-on experience in field service or project execution.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, working closely with service technicians and coordinating technical topics with customers.
  • Quick comprehension, analytical thinking, and a proactive, customer-oriented mindset; reliable, resilient, and a true team player.
  • Fluent in French and English, good German skills are a plus.
