As a working student in our global HR Offshore Marketing Team, you will have the opportunity to support our international Marketing & Talent Acquisition Experts in their daily work. By collaborating with stakeholders on a global level, you will learn how our organization operates and how to attract and retain talent. RWE Offshore Wind will play a central role in realising our purpose and vision so far being the No.2 generator globally. The company’s 3,500+ experts operate more than 1.000 fixed bottom and floating wind turbines in 19 wind farms. And we plan to increase our capacity from the current 3.3 GW to 10 GW by 2030 (RWE’s share). In connection with current projects in development as well as upcoming auctions in Europe, the United States, and the Asia-Pacific region, RWE Offshore Wind is preparing to implement further complex projects.
RWE Offshore Wind tests a wide variety of new technologies in our offshore wind farms, enabling these plants to operate more efficiently and economically. About The Role
- Support the Employer Branding & Marketing team with a strong focus on administrative and organizational tasks
- Assist in data maintenance, document preparation, and tracking project-related information in Excel, SharePoint, and Teams
- Coordinate internal activities, support in scheduling and preparing meetings, and manage internal communications
- Contribute to reporting and controlling tasks by organizing data clearly and precisely
- Take ownership of small-scale internal projects with a structured and reliable working style
- Provide support in creating presentations, summaries, and briefing materials related to internal branding and communications initiatives
- Help with updating internal platforms (e.g., intranet pages) and assist in producing basic visual content as needed
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and proactively identify areas for improvement
- Currently pursuing a degree in business administration, marketing, communication, or a related field
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with a good grasp of numbers and data
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- A structured, detail-oriented, and proactive working style with the ability to prioritize tasks independently
- Willingness to learn and contribute actively in a dynamic and international team environment
- Effective communicator in both German and English, written and spoken
- Hands-on mentality, solution-oriented thinking, and eagerness to develop new skills
- Initial experience in internal communications or employer branding
- An eye for design and familiarity with tools like Canva, Photoshop, or basic video editing software
