The job

As an AI Prompt Evaluator, you’ll help shape how people and technology communicate. Your role is to review, create and improve short prompts and conversation flows so that speech systems sound more natural, accurate and engaging. You’ll make sure content is factually correct, fits the right style and feels good to read or listen to. By testing ideas and giving feedback, you’ll play an important part in making AI interactions smoother and more human-like. To make it simple: You will sit in an office with the newest AI bots and feed them information by talking and writing to them, and giving them feedback.

Your daily work will include tasks like these:

Writing and editing short prompts that are clear, engaging and factually correct
Creating conversation flows that guide users naturally and logically
Reviewing prompts and responses to check for accuracy and style
Generating new prompt ideas and evaluating suggested ones
Making sure the tone and voice always connect with the target audience

Your qualifications

You speak Swedish at a native level and English fluently (minimum B2 level)
Bachelor diploma
Experience in AI Prompting is a plus, but not necessary
Comfortable with AI and good computer skills
You are proactive, confident, and have excellent communication skills
You have an eye for detail and are great at analyzing
