Overview

Help turn Lenovo’s strategic topics into visible customer experiences — across conferences, roadshows, Lenovo-led event formats, SIS placements and POS activations. This role supports the Event Manager in bringing structure, energy, and follow-through to formats that connect technology stories with customers, partners, and sales. You will be close to the topics shaping B2B technology — from AI-enabled devices to customer experience and go-to-market activation. This role is ideal for a motivated talent or an early-career marketing professional ready to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experiences, Conferences Roadshows

• Support the Event Manager across conferences, roadshows, Lenovo-led event formats, SIS placements and POS activations.
• Coordinate timelines, briefings, stakeholder inputs, agency tasks, sales follow-up, on-site details, and communication storylines.
• Track audience quality, lead value, conversion, feedback, follow-up quality, and business contribution.
• Bring structure into cross-functional work with marketing, sales, product, solutions, enablement, agencies, and alliance partners.
• Support the operational backbone: budgets, agencies, approvals, compliance, documentation, and alliance funding processes.
  
  

B2B Marketing, Storytelling Customer Engagement

• Connect activities with the bigger marketing picture: demand generation, customer journeys, sales activation, and brand visibility.
• Coordinate content touchpoints such as speaker briefings, demos, customer stories, whitepapers, and executive sessions.

Requirements

• Experience in events, conferences, roadshows, retail/POS formats.
• Curiosity for B2B technology, AI, hardware transformation, and customer engagement.
• A structured working style, strong follow-through, reliability, energy, and the confidence to ask questions and follow up proactively.
• Understanding and willingness to track leads and event KPIs, budget tracking, agency coordination, compliance, documentation, and alliance funding processes.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills across teams, agencies, partners, and stakeholders.
• German being your first language, excellent communication skills and fluent English for international collaboration.
