You'll make an impact by

• You support our team in collecting, structuring, and documenting business requirements for digital sustainability solutions, working closely with colleagues from both IT and sustainability
• Building on this, you translate these requirements into clear, actionable input for our development teams and help define testable acceptance criteria
• You assist in testing new features, dashboards, and data solutions, ensuring they meet defined requirements and provide value to the business
• In addition, you proactively identify gaps, data quality issues, and improvement opportunities, systematically documenting your findings and user feedback
• Finally, you contribute to the ongoing enhancement of digital processes, user experience, and solution adoption within our sustainability projects
  
  

This Is How You'll Win Us Over

• Education: You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Information Systems, (Industrial) Engineering, Sustainability Management, or a related field and have completed at least your fourth semester
• Experience and Skills:
• You have a strong affinity for IT systems, digital solutions, and data-driven business processes, with basic data literacy
• You are interested in requirements engineering, can think analytically, and enjoy structuring business needs, testing solutions, and suggesting improvements
• You have gained initial insights into sustainability topics such as environmental assessments, EPDs, regulatory or internal sustainability reporting, or data automation
• Ways of Working: You work well in interdisciplinary and international teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Languages: You have very good English skills, German is a plus
