Are you interested in AI and digital transformation? Our Data, AI & Digital Strategy department drives these strategic topics across RWE and connects people, ideas and initiatives across the organisation. As a working student, you will be close to current developments, gain insights into strategic initiatives across RWE and use your creativity to bring complex topics to life through video and visual storytelling.

About The Role

• Create and edit professional videos to communicate Data, AI and digital topics in an engaging way.
• Develop PowerPoint presentations with a focus on visual storytelling and clear messaging.
• Transform complex information into simple, attractive and easy-to-understand communication formats.
• Support the team in creating materials for internal communications, presentations and events.
• Develop creative concepts and new formats to bring our Data, AI and Digital Strategy topics to life.
• Support the preparation and visual communication of strategic initiatives and projects.
• Work closely with colleagues across the department to turn their ideas and content into compelling stories.
  
  

Job Requirements And Experience

• Currently enrolled in a university degree, for example in Media, Communications, Design, Marketing, Business, Digital Technologies or a related field.
• Good video creation and editing skills, combined with enthusiasm for producing engaging visual content.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and a good eye for layout, design, and storytelling.
• Ability to make complex topics easy to understand without losing the key message.
• A creative, proactive mindset and confidence in contributing original ideas.
• An independent and reliable approach to work, paired with a collaborative team spirit.
• Good communication skills in English.
  
  

Advantageous, But Not Essential

• Experience with video editing or design software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, HeyGen or similar tools.
• Familiarity with videography equipment and video production.
• Interest in artificial intelligence, data and digital transformation.
• Experience creating content for internal communications, social media or corporate environments.
• An interest in experimenting with generative AI tools for content creation and storytelling.
• German skills are an advantage.
