Swedish AI Prompt Evaluator Essen - #2761108

Reference: TEES

The city of Essen used to be an industrial powerhouse, but today it’s one of Germany’s greenest cities. It was even named European Green Capital in 2017. You’ll find huge parks like the Grugapark and the Baldeneysee lake, which are perfect spots for after-work walks, sports, or just relaxing. Compared to big cities like Düsseldorf or Cologne, Essen offers more affordable rent and living costs, while still being in the heart of the Ruhr area. With great public transport, you can easily reach other big cities in the region for work, nightlife, or travel.

Essen also has a unique blend of history and culture. The UNESCO-listed Zollverein Coal Mine is a must-see, mixing industrial heritage with modern art and design. On top of that, Essen has a strong cultural scene with the Aalto Theatre, Philharmonie, and lots of museums. We offer you the possibility to combine living in Essen with a job as a Swedish AI Prompt Evaluator.

*You need an EU passport to apply*

The job

As an AI Prompt Evaluator, you’ll help shape how people and technology communicate. Your role is to review, create and improve short prompts and conversation flows so that speech systems sound more natural, accurate and engaging. You’ll make sure content is factually correct, fits the right style and feels good to read or listen to. By testing ideas and giving feedback, you’ll play an important part in making AI interactions smoother and more human-like. To make it simple: You will sit in an office with the newest AI bots and feed them information by talking and writing to them, and giving them feedback.

Your daily work will include tasks like these:

• Writing and editing short prompts that are clear, engaging and factually correct
• Creating conversation flows that guide users naturally and logically
• Reviewing prompts and responses to check for accuracy and style
• Generating new prompt ideas and evaluating suggested ones
• Making sure the tone and voice always connect with the target audience

We offer

• Fun office in Essen with Nintendo Switch, table tennis and much more possible activities
• Competitive salary
• Signing bonus
• Work Monday to Friday, from 09.00-18.00
