Job Title: Systems Engineer (RFID-based IIoT Systems)

Location: Essen, Germany (Flexible Work Scheme with ~30% Onsite Requirement per Month)

About the Role:
Our client is seeking a Systems Engineer to plan, commission, and maintain RFID-based IIoT systems. Based in Mülheim an der Ruhr, the role involves helping customers streamline their intralogistics processes. Remote work is available, with some travel to customer sites required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, test, and commission RFID hardware and software onsite

• Troubleshoot technical issues and perform remote maintenance

• Conduct training sessions and develop tailored documentation

• Assist in software specification and hardware planning

Requirements:

• Proven experience in hardware design and troubleshooting

• Familiarity with connectors (e.g., M12, B8) and voltage handling

• Basic electronics skills, including reading wiring diagrams

• RSID expertise and German proficiency (B1 minimum, B2 preferred)
