• Design and build backend services using Java (21+) and Spring Boot
• Create and maintain APIs used by other systems and frontend apps
• Contribute to design discussions around architecture, performance, and scalability
• Collaborate with frontend, product, and platform engineers to solve real-​world problems
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code — and help others do the same
• Support CI/CD, observability, and operational excellence with your team

What we require of you

• At least 3 years of professional experience in Java and Spring Boot in production environments
• You’ve worked with modern backend architecture — REST, microservices, event-​driven patterns
• You think in systems — not just endpoints and functions
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar), Git-​based workflows, Containerization
• A healthy respect for test coverage, automation, and clean interfaces
• You’re calm under pressure, constructive in code reviews, and good at sharing what you know
