The Team – your impact

This role will be instrumental in aligning our process architecture with the IT4IT Reference Architecture, enabling data-driven governance, agility, and value realization across IT services.

You will play a pivotal role in building the E2E process landscape, supporting process owners in modeling practices aligned with BPMN 2.0, leveraging the BIC Process Design tool, and implementing a robust IT4IT data model. This role ensures the continuous evolution and discovery of processes to optimize performance, standardization, and compliance.

Your Role – meaningful & rewarding

• Designing and maintaining the E2E IT process landscape aligned with IT4IT value streams
• Conducting process maturity assessments and recommending improvements to increase efficiency and standardization
• Guiding stakeholders and process owners in BPMN 2.0 modeling using BIC Process Design
• Defining and evolving the IT4IT data model with a focus on:
• Structuring process, products, and operational data for traceability and automation
• Enabling data-driven decision-making, AI/ML applications, and predictive operations
• Ensuring integration of data across tools (e.g., CMDB, ITSM, DevOps toolchains)
• Collaborating with Analytics and AI teams to ensure data model alignment with use case requirements
  
• Leading process discovery and supporting continuous improvement across IT functions
  
  

Your Profile – authentic & open-minded

• Proven experience in IT4IT process architecture or business process management in large enterprise environments and practical implementation
• DevOps, TOGAF, or IT4IT certifications
• Strong proficiency with BPMN 2.0 and business process modelling best practices
• Experience with BIC Process Design or equivalent BPM tools (e.g., ARIS, Signavio)
• Solid understanding of data models in IT operations, DevOps, ITSM, or EA contexts
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
• Experience in supporting AI/ML use cases through structured process and operational data
